LiquidIQ is the world's leading Fabric Computing architecture. It is a converged system that combines computing, networking and IO. LiquidIQ's Software Defined Real Time Infrastructure SD-RTI allows the entire data center to be defined in software providing much lower ownership costs than traditional equipment, software and staff overlays.
LiquidIQ provides logical pools of computing, networking and IO components that the administrator can dynamically shape to meet changing business needs.
What this means to you is that you don't need to...
Coordinate server and networking teams to deliver a project, you have control over all components
Buy separate networking gear for storage, specific interconnects, management networks, storage networks
Worry about cabling complexities - no cables required
Be concerned with new application deployments: new applications can be setup in hours with all resources including computing, networking, network security, SAN zones, LAN/VLAN subnets, MAC addresses and IP addresses
Manage different silos of management tools
Perform system engineering analysis to understand application dependencies on resource changes
Features & Benefits
Software Defined Real Time Infrastructure (SD-RTI)
All server, networking and IO configurations are defined in software and can be modified to create clusters of varying sizes and characteristics based on the needs of the organization.
Linear Growth and Cost
The fabric underlies single and multi-chassis configurations. It provides high bandwidth and low latency and guarantees quality of service to any element of the system in a single chassis or across multiple chassis.
FabricBoss Control System
LiquidIQ provides a telecom grade control system that spans all physical, logical and virtual resources across single or multiple chassis. This capability automates many of the management tasks that require human intervention with traditional data center equipment.
High energy efficiency and high density
LiquidIQ is designed as a system and therefore enjoys significant efficiencies with respect to power and cooling. LiquidIQ can use up to 30% less power to provide the same processing power as clusters built using rack mounts servers, LAN/WAN switches and SAN switches.
Standards Based
LiquidIQ is a standards based product that is completely transparent from an application perspective. Any application that runs on standard Linux or Windows will operate on LiquidIQ without any modifications. There is no need to port applications to LiquidIQ. LiquidIQ interfaces to the data center through standard GigE, 10GigE or Fibre Channel interfaces.
