Prior to Liquid Computing, Vikram was Chairman & CEO of Viziant Corporation, an innovator in information access, and President & Chief Executive Officer of Kavado, a global provider of enterprise security software (acquired by Xcelera in 2005).
Vikram also previously served as Chief Operating Officer of Radware (NASDAQ: RDWR), where he led the company through several years of unprecedented success resulting in $400M of market cap growth and 140% increase in shareholder equity. Prior to joining Radware, Vikram held global executive sales and marketing positions with MCI, Global Crossing and WorldCom.

Dr. Adam Chowaniec is the Chairman of the Board of Directors of Liquid Computing and Tundra Semiconductor Corporation and Executive in Residence at Vengrowth Capital Partners Inc.
Adam has held several progressive engineering and executive management positions across the technology spectrum ranging from the Personal Computer through to communications integrated circuits. As Vice President of Technology with Commodore International, he was responsible for the development of the Amiga Personal Computer. Adam has served on numerous boards of directors in the United States and Canada, including Amiga and GEAC Computer Corporations. He currently serves on the boards of Microbridge Inc., and Bel Air Networks. Adam holds a Master's degree in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University (Canada), as well as both a Bachelor of Engineering and a Ph.D. from the University of Sheffield (England).

Pat is a Managing General Partner at VenGrowth. He joined VenGrowth in 2001 with more than 29 years of experience in high technology. Pat serves as a member of the board of directors of several VenGrowth investees, including Neterion (chairman), BelAir Networks, SiGe Semiconductor Inc., BTI Systems, Liquid Computing Corporation, Nakina Systems Inc. and is a former board member of Sandvine Inc., now a public company. Before joining VenGrowth, Pat was a Vice President of 3G Wireless Systems at Nortel Networks. He previously occupied senior managerial roles in R&D and operations within Nortel and BNR. Pat has been responsible for product development and operations across wireless, optical, switching, and enterprise sectors and has launched several highly successful network products. Pat was also a founder of The Ottawa Network and a board member of OCRI, two non-for-profits focused on enabling the growth of local tech firms. Pat holds a B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Queen's University.

Pete Thomas is a cofounder and Managing Director of ATA Ventures in Redwood City, California. In addition, he has been a General Partner with Institutional Venture Partners (IVP) in Menlo Park, California since 1985.
Mr. Thomas has an engineering and marketing background having spent 14 years in various operating positions in technology companies including Intel, Fairchild, and Sylvania EDL. He is presently a Director of three public companies: Atmel Corporation, @Road and Transmeta. In addition, he is a director of several private companies. He has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Utah State University and an MS degree in Computer Science from the University of Santa Clara.

Nazmin Alani has more than 20 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. Nazmin has worked with incumbent and new service providers involved in wireline, cellular, personal communications systems (PCS), and satellite communications. His work experience includes assignments in Canada, the U.S., Mexico, Argentina, Asia, and Australia. His professional experience includes business development, product planning, product management, strategic planning, market strategy, business modeling, and strategic sales support. He joined BDC in 2004. Prior to BDC, Nazmin spent 6 years with Gartner Consulting.
Nazmin holds a bachelor of applied science (BASc) degree in electrical engineering from the University of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada, and an MBA from the University of Ottawa, Ontario, Canada. Mr. Alani also completed the Executive Telecommunications Program at Duke University in Durham, North Carolina.

Jennifer Brooy has over 20 years of financing experience, including corporate and structured finance, venture capital investing, workouts and contract dispute resolution. In 1997, she joined EDC to serve on the Energy Industry Team structuring corporate loans and international project financing. Currently, Ms. Brooy heads up the Equity Team (EDC's private investment arm for both direct and indirect investing) and serves as a member or observer on several Strategic Advisory Boards and Boards of Directors.Prior to joining EDC, Ms. Brooy worked for Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, Bank of America and a management consultancy firm. Ms. Brooy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honours) degree from the University of Toronto and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Schulich School of Business.

Krish Panu is the President, Chief Executive Officer and Chairman of the Board of @Road, a global leader in Mobile Resource Management. Under his leadership, @Road has raised over $225 million and went public on September 28, 2000. Prior to @Road, he served as Vice President and General Manager of the Logic Products division of Atmel Corporation, a semiconductor manufacturer. During his seven-year tenure Atmel's revenue grew from approximately $100M to over $1.1 billion, and the wireless business increased to 42% of the company's business. Mr. Panu was also a key member of the management team which raised over $600M in both stock and bond offerings. Previous to Atmel, Mr. Panu held executive sales and marketing roles at Catalyst Semiconductor, Xicor and Datapoint Corporation.
Mr. Panu is an active angel investor in building technology businesses and has a broad and deep network of relationships in both the venture capital and entrepreneur communities.
Mr. Panu holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering, an M.S. in computer engineering as well as an M.B.A. from Wayne State University in Michigan.
